Our unique CIRCLe program exists to generate efficiencies and savings within IT/Software teams through 1-2-1 coaching which focuses on Capacity, Innovation, Resolve (i.e. commitment/purpose), Career Clarity, Leadership and External (to the team) alignments.

Our extensive IT/Software sector experience has taught us that teams are often self-valued almost 100% in terms of their technical expertise. However, true effectiveness and efficiency comes from marrying the technical with a culture which values time-efficiency, controlled experimentation, alignment with personal goals, leadership at all levels and true organisation integration. The CIRCLe program works to improve the balance of all these domains.

We have earned an appreciation of how Tech/Software organisations are structured and function. In our past we specialised in DevSecOps which, as an intersection point (of Product, Infra, Project, Developer, Tester, Delivery, InfoSec, Operations), is a privileged position from which to understand the wider organisation. At the same time, we have been a People Manager for almost as long as we can remember - hiring and developing teams and individuals. And not always successfully, but I think we have learned from the mistakes and knock-backs and fed that experience back into CIRCLe.
