I have a rounded appreciation of how Tech/Software organisations are structured and how they function, gained from holding many and varied roles. In my past I specialised in DevOps which, as the intersection of everything else (Product, Project, Developer, Tester, Delivery, Operations), is a privileged position from which to observe the wider organisation. My Tech/Software career also spanned industries, geographies, and cultures!

At the same time, I have been a People Manager for almost as long as I can remember - hiring and developing teams as well as individuals. And not always successfully, but I hope I have learned from the mistakes and remain humble!
